Return and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be charged for any damaged or missing product.

Any special order items are non-returnable.

NO RETURNS ON BEARINGS OR OIL/GREASE SEALS

There is a 30% or $25 which ever is greater restocking fee on any returned item unless it’s being returned due to a defect or a mistake on our part.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to pay the total amount of your order to include all PRODUCTS and SHIPPING CHARGES.

We do not accept UPS or FedEx account numbers for freight charges.

If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, that order will ship on the next business day.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
